Collier's ReserveDesignated as the world’s first Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, Collier’s Reserve is a private, member-owned equity club. Situated along the Cocohatchee River in North Naples, this community is lushly landscaped with mature tropical flora with properties nestled serenely among Florida’s most natural settings. As you travel through the community, you can’t help but notice the gorgeous golf course vistas set amongst natural preserves.

As a golf equity club, the course is reserved to only 300 members; ensuring you enjoyment of the course at any time. The 18-hold Arthur Hills course rolls and winds among freshwater lakes and natural preserves. During the summer, there are often reciprocal golf programs that you can participate in that allow you to play at other renowned courses throughout Naples. There are four Har-Tru tennis courts, and for the fitness enthusiast, a state of the art fitness center and lap pool located within the exquisite plantation-style clubhouse.

With just over 220 homesites, Colliers Reserve features estate sized properties range from 3400 to over 6000 square feet that range in price from $1M – $4M. Just a couple of miles from Naples’ finest beaches, Colliers Reserve is also conveniently located near Veterans Community Park, Publix supermarkets, various shopping centers and popular restaurants.

For those who reside in a neighborhood or community outside of Collier’s Reserve. Membership Benefits 
 Unlimited year-round golf, tennis, pool, fitness center, massage room and dog park. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant, which sits on the Cocohatchee River, as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award-winning Clubhouse. Associated Fees: Initial Fee: $40,000 (payment plan below)* Non-Equity, Non-Refundable Annual Dues: $12,255 (dues are subject to 6% tax) *Initial deposit of $10,000 is due with submission of application. The balance of $30,000 is paid as follows: $10,000 on or before October 31, 2015; $10,000 on or before October 31, 2016; and $10,000 on or before October 31, 2017. Resident or Non-Resident, Non-Equity SOCIAL Membership For those who own a home in the Collier’s Reserve Community or a neighborhood or community outside of Collier’s Reserve. Membership Benefits Unlimited golf from May 1—October 31 of each year. From November 1—April 30 of each year, golf is limited to 6 times at a member guest rate & must play with a Golf Member. Tee times after 10:00 a.m. Nov—Dec. Tee times after 11:30 a.m. Jan—April. Unlimited tennis, pool, fitness center, massage room and dog park. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant, which sits on the Cocohatchee River, as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award-winning Clubhouse. Non-Resident, Non-Equity GOLF Membership Those who are 55 years old and younger and do not reside in the Collier’s Reserve Community. Executive Golf members shall have all of the privileges and use of the Club’s facilities as a Golf member at Collier’s Reserve Country Club. The Executive category shall be limited to ten memberships. Associated Fees: Initial Fee: $5,000 Annual Dues: $8,172 Monthly: $681 Dues are payable at 2/3 annual dues and are subject to 6% sales tax This membership is limited to ten memberships Initial $5,000 is due upon submission of application. The balance of $35,000 is paid as follows: 2015: $5,000 and reduced annual dues 2016: $5,000 and reduced annual dues 2017: $5,000 and reduced annual dues 2018: $5,000 and full golf dues 2019: $5,000 and full golf dues 2020: $10,000 and full golf dues Note: Should the Member turn 56 years of age during this payment plan, the full payment of the balance will be due on his/her 56th birthday. Other Fees: Golf Cart (per person for 18 holes): $26 Annual Locker Rental: $150 half / $200 full Bag Storage & Range (included in dues): N/A Repair/Replacement Reserve: $2,400 annually or $200 monthly Annual Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,300 Fees are subject to change without notice In the event of termination of membership or non-payment of any dues or fees prior to becoming a full Golf Member, no part of the Club fee will be refundable. To become a full Golf Member, applicant must pay the difference between all sums previously paid and the applicable initiation fee for a full Golf Membership. Applicant will also be required to pay the prorated share of annual dues of a full Golf Member. Executive Golf Members will be required to follow all of the rules and regulations of the Club as well as comply with, and subject to, all of Bylaws of the Club.
